Scholarships and Grants

• Luellen Laurenti Scholarship: Rewards outstanding undergraduates in the Women’s and Gender Studies minor.
• Dorothy E. Lee Scholarship: Assists women 25 years of age or older who demonstrate financial need.
• Dorothy E. Lee Grant: Helps female undergraduate students defray incidental expenses associated with pursuing their education.
• Women’s and Gender Studies Achievement Award: Awarded to graduating minors based on academic standing and service to the Program or women's issues.
• Susan T. Kern Special Opportunity Scholarship Fund: To provide financial support to Illinois State University women students in support of one-time special academic or co-curricular opportunities.

Scholarships offered by other organizations:

•  PEO Grant for Women Returning to College: One-time award for women whose education has been interrupted and is now returning to school.
• Margaret Wakely Scholarship for Women: The Women’s Division of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce has established two scholarships in the amount of $2,500.00 each.
